The PackControl Rental Module has been specially developed for companies that process and charge for large quantities of returnable packaging. One of the major advantages of this packaging management system is that it allows you to choose from different pricing models, enabling you to accurately calculate prices based on your business model. Contract details, agreements and exceptions are applied automatically to ensure that costs are always calculated correctly.

Which are the different rental pricing models in PackControl?

In collaboration with PackControl users we have developed three models to correctly calculate reusable transport item rental prices:

• Period-based pricing, for packaging rental per day, week, month, year, or a self-set period.
• Balance-based pricing, for rental based on outstanding packaging balances.
• Item-based pricing, calculating the costs for additional services based on transactions and quantities.
